This website is owned and managed by EMI Music Italy S.p.A. (hereafter “EMI”). All site contents, including images, illustrations and sound/video clips, are protected by copyrights owned and controlled by EMI or by third parties who have granted a licence to EMI to use their material. Furthermore, all trade, service and business marks referred to in this site are owned by EMI and/or the grantors of the relative licenses. The material contained in this site may be used for non-commercial and personal purposes only. Users are advised and accept that they are prohibited from copying, reproducing, re-publishing, transmitting, communicating, sending or distributing the material contained in this site in any form, as they are prohibited from modifying or using said material for other purposes. The modification of the material or its use for purposes other than those indicated represents a violation of copyright and property rights.
Any eventual use which represents a departure from the aforementioned provisions shall be expressly agreed in writing with EMI. EMI declines all liability for any material sent by users to chat, newsletter or e-mail forum areas (hereafter jointly referred to as “Forums”) in this site. Final provisions These conditions are regulated by and interpreted pursuant to Italian law. Unless otherwise required by law, any disputes regarding the validity, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of use shall be referred exclusively to the Court of Milan.
